I love how easy it is to express an idea or feeling through a drawing or a painting.  It’s like telling a story and inviting the viewer into my imagination.  This is why I chose to follow my passion for art.

At Façade Academy of the Arts, I was guided through the fundamentals of a variety of different art mediums.  I was challenged to work on complex pieces that I was able to use toward building my portfolio and confidence in order to be accepted into the Regional Arts Program (RAP) at St. Elizabeth.  My most memorable moment while at Façade was being chosen by Mina Spremulli to participate in the art show at the Vaughan Film Festival.

I am now in my first year in the RAP program at St. Elizabeth High School.  This program is providing me with many opportunities in the visual arts field.  I have already learned many different mediums and have already showcased my work at the J.E.H MacDonald house in Vaughan.  I never imagined high school being this fun!
In this humble beginning of my art education, I can only dream of someday being chosen to work as a concept artist for the film or gaming industry.
